Temple Run
Temple Run (https://poki.com/en/g/temple-run) an endless running game in which the player must navigate a character through a dangerous temple while collecting coins, power-ups, and avoiding obstacles. Our motivation for working with Temple Run is its simple but exciting gameplay. The controls are easy to learn, but the increasing speed and obstacles make it challenging. This keeps players engaged and motivated to beat their high score and improve each run. The core mechanics of Temple Run are running, swiping to turn, jumping, and sliding to avoid obstacles. Players also tilt the device to collect coins while the game gradually speeds up. The mechanics of Temple Run could work well with an alternative controller that uses motion and physical gestures instead of swipes. For example, a tilting object could control turning left or right, while quick upward or downward motions could trigger jumping or sliding.

Bloxerz
Bloxerz (https://www.coolmathgames.com/0-bloxorz) a very challenging roll puzzle game designed for everyone who enjoys logic and math games. My motivation for working with Bloxorz is its simple but challenging puzzle gameplay. The game focuses on careful movement and planning as you roll the block across platforms to reach the goal. This makes it interesting to analyze because small movements have a big impact on solving each level. The core mechanics of Bloxorz involve rolling a rectangular block across a grid of platforms to reach the goal hole. Players must carefully move and balance the block, avoid falling off edges, and sometimes use switches or bridges to complete the puzzle. The mechanics of Bloxorz could benefit from an alternative controller that uses tilting or rotating a physical object to move the block. For example, tilting a cube-shaped controller could roll the block in different directions.

Does the Slide Block controller clearly show which direction the block moves in Bloxorz?
Would the Scream Board or Step Pads make precise movement easier or harder for puzzle gameplay?
