Scaffolding Concept Review (Super Mario/Legend of Zelda{1986})

For the first game I chose as my submission I am choosing the original Super Mario since I am familiar with that as a child while also having a simple layout for the controls that makes it easier to work with. My favorite design of these options is honestly the "Mustache-io" since the idea of playing with Mario's iconic Stache while also being a actual controller with a plausible addition of merit. I also present a option like the coin blocks shown in game that serves a bit more of a unusual shape for a game controller while also still maintaining a close similarity to the game's IP.

Some Questions: Do you think the Mustache would be too awkward to use? Is the cube too odd of a shape to be used in a effective manner?

Designs for Super Mario

For my second choice of games I chose Legend of Zelda (1986) since Zelda is another game series I enjoy as well as one I have not actually finished. The first design takes a possibly expected trope that takes advantage of the full glove while avoiding buttons as much as possible. The second I feel is more impressive to me since it make you really feel like Link going on an adventure. The last I just thought of was funny since a literal stick as a controller was novel concept that would be interesting to see fleshed out.

Some Questions: How do you think the shield and sword would work as a controller realistically? Would you think there is any way to make the stick more simplistic while adding more usability?
