Scaffolding: Concept Review (Spider-Man, Five Nights at Freddy's, Skate 3)

(Five nights at Freddy's does not have a website)

For my Five Nights at Freddy's 1 controllers, each one revolves around using the circuit playgrounds accelerometer to move the first person camera and then using different inputs to trigger the lights and shut doors. I have one controller that's shaped like a box, rotating it sideways turns the camera towards either door and then rotating it upwards will bring up the games camera. Shining a light on the circuit playground will turn on the hallway light. My other controller for FNAF 1 is a rolling chair wired to a circuit playground. Being that the player is seated in a chair the whole game I feel like this decision was fitting. It uses the rotating chair to rotate the players view and then uses a light switch to turn on the light in game and it uses the microphone to close the doors.

My Five Nights at Freddy's 2 controller is a Freddy mask. Rotating your head in this mask rotates the camera and then taking the mask off would trigger the inverse in the game and your player would put their mask on in order to hide. I feel like this was immersive since the mask is an actual in game object.

I also have Spider-Man and Skate 3 controllers. Both controllers use the accelerometer as the only function. The Spider-Man controllers would eject webs in game when the controller is tilted upwards/words are spoken into the mask and then twisting would rotate the swinging. For Skate 3, the circuit playground is attached to a fingerboard and rotating the fingerboard will flip the in game board and perform tricks depending on the direction the board tilts.
